You can download the program "wtf" which stands for "what the fetch".
You type "wtf is wrt" (which I did with the same email that stumped you)
and it responds "WRT: with respect to".  Very useful for tech lists like
this, though you may need to edit it.  I've done global replaces in the
data files for mine to replace certain bad words with tamer
replacements.
