Forgot to mention that the code on the slide that everyone is showing is
no longer in the Linux kernel.  It was removed because it was "ugly"
according to Linus.  It was also somewhat obsolete (using the register
keyword), which confirms it's really ancient.  Apparenlty the functions
in that module are only used by 2 different c files.  This goes to show
how easy it would be to remove and rewrite any offending code if there
was proven to be infringement.  But then SCO wouldn't make any money, so
they can't tell us where our infringing code is.  But pay up anyway!
