If you can get a sponsor, I'd try to get as much out of the deal as possible. For instance, when I visitied the UUG booth that preceded the install fest, I thought it would have been nice to have a great big UUG sign. If you had a large banner printed on vinyl or some other durable material, you could use and reuse it for years -- and getting a sponsor to help pay for it may be the only way to get an expensive item like that.
