James,

UUG form 10924x subsection 23:

"Free steak will be provided for any person, shrub or animal
that had the intention of service to the club but were not able to do
so due to events beyond their control. Broadcasting the UUG name
and/or events on campus via megaphone, sidewalk chalk,
and/or announcements in class also merit free steak. The UUG will not
accept liability for actions of its individual members and will not assist
those who are expelled from the university for doing something so heathen
as to mark BYU's clean and pure sidewalks with chalk. Free steak is of
course always provided to penguins."
