k, when I try to send email from my server at home the last couple of
days, it says:
Mail rejected by spam filter; open relay, see <URL:http://dsbl.org/>
etc.

Now, this server is on a dynamic IP address which changes every couple of
weeks, so it may be that somebody else is running an open relay, and then
I just happen to switch IPs and catch theirs. Oops!

So, I could just redial the DSL modem and grab a new IP, woohoo, problem
solved, but ... what if I really am running an open relay? How do I tell?
And how do I fix it if I am?

I'm running RedHat, some old version I think 7 (or maybe 6). Let me know
if there's any other info you need.
