More an more ISPs, including AOL, MSN, etc, no longer accept port 25
incoming traffic from dynamic ip address ranges, whether you are a known
relay or not.  So odd are, even if you got your ip off up the RBL, a
good percentage of the world still wouldn't receive mail from you.

I had this happen to me, and although it quite annoyed me, I understand
the reaons (although there are serious implications for the continued
freedom of the net).  I now tell my local mail server (postfix or
sendmail) to use a smart relay and use my ISP's mail server.  You'll
want to do the same, most likely.
