It is over-rated, and it is a bubble that some people live that is going to 
burst for them when they die, or maybe sooner. The scriptures do talk about 
the secret deeds being proclaimed from the housetops. 

Obviously, some amount of privacy is needed for some basic things, such as 
getting dressed. Now, recongizing that we do want the door locked when we are 
changing, most of us do not worry about dead-bolting or installing a special 
alarm it to make sure nobody breaks in while we are in the process - a simple 
latch would do.
