How do I track down this person's isp?
this is in regard to a purchase(?) my wife made on ebay, her first
purchase. I would like to forward a complaint to the isp, for hopefully
a TOS violation? any ideas?
we have filed a complaint with pay-pal and will try to reverse the
charges with the Credit Union tomorrow< i also did a whois and sent a
complaint to the web hosting co.
BTW: (see below)her computers name is ruffles(our parrot)
