FWIW (for what it's it worth) Here is the "excuse" that was on her computer this morning, the excuse is a crock, we did leave a negative rating on e-bay for what that is worth, also we filed a complaint with pay pal but that only applies if the item was never sent. I guess the messages last night on the phones stirred at least a reply. I guess we wait and see what shows up. here are the emails that she received.
