[uug] RAID5 rebuild

Quick quesiton:
I have a 10-drive RAID 5 and one of the drives failed. So, I swapped it out, 
followed the instructions and everything, and not it's in the process of 
rebuilding the array (I think). The lights are flashing on 9 out of ten of 
the drives.

How long should this take? Each drive is 160GB, and there was about 15 GB 
total on the array when the drive failed.
