I believe as long as the MySQL port (generally 3306) is open on the
server, you should be able to access your database through any of a
number of different graphical utilities. For most you just supply your
database username/password and the remote host where MySQL resides. I
don't really have one that I would recommend, but you can just google,
"msyql gui", and a number of them will appear in the results. Again
though, as has already been said repeatedly, it's a good idea to learn
to do it from the command line.
