I worked with Helmut and Klaus on a regular basis.  This certification
means that Linux is in a position to make significant inroads into all
branches of several governments, where it couldn't go before because
it simply didn't have its paperwork.  Wider adoption of Linux in the
government is a Very Good Thing(tm) for the community as a whole.

Now it's on to EAL4!  I am going to be thinking and speaking OpenSSL
source code from here on out, in case my posts become increasingly
difficult to interpret...
