Evan, Have you decided on the T-shirt design, or a manufacturer? There have been other offers at reccommending a particular maker or intelligence as to the general state and method of T-shirt manufacturing or the expression of this knowledge from parties known to be privy to such, I remember.
If this part is still a difficulty, my dad is a music teacher (meaning: oversees the design and purchase of ~200 T-shirts every year) at a high school quasi local to BYU (about 35 miles) unto whom I could submit an appeal for T-shirt savvy, such as relative price, quality, value, etc. of local companies. Nevertheless, I suppose the production of T-shirts is not as perplexing as all that.
