Hi everyone,
I'm doing some homework for my I Sys computer forensics class, and I
need to use a hex editor to identify file type "magic numbers," a
consistent series of bytes that begin each data file. I'm supposed to
run a trial version of Hex Workshop for Windows, but I'd rather stick
with Linux. Do you have any recommendations for a good hex editor?
Best,
Tony
