Actually after reading a little more the rumor seems to be that not all the software on the Suse CD's is Free. So maybe the FTP version is all Free? I think Redhat and Suse both owe everyone a clear statement on what we can and can't do with their ISOs, rpms, download versions, etc. I don't know, maybe they have already done this...
