Ack, no!  You realize of course they would only give licenses to the
windows users because "we don't support linux," and when people call in
with linux-related questions it makes them feel stupid. If they had the
ability to restrict who could put computers on the network, we would be
the first to get the ax, even before the morons.

No, the only solution is for us to manage and enforce the licenses.
