I know this is a popular card too. On the other hand, I've been interested in HDTV and DTV so I can finally make use of my HD-ready TV. Work on getting the pcHDTV (www.pchdtv.com) linux-friendly card supported in MythTV is progressing. It handles SD (standard definition, analog broadcast) also. Check it out. It doesn't do any processing though, so you'll need a faster CPU.
