I believe that if you use either a hotmail or yahoo server, it is possible to send as somebody else; which is kind of a limitation of the SMTP protocol. That is why sometimes you need to authenticate with the email server to send; especially when you are off-campus (to prevent an open-relay mail server). So you can't really trust that this email came from me, but I don't have a PGP key yet so YMMV :)
