Xmission is absolutely my first answer. If you have any doubts call them up and ask to talk to one of their lead techs, you'll find that they don't just leave it open because their customers want it, but because they want it and they really believe in it. I've heard good things about SpeakEasy (they don't hang up just because you mentioned Linux either). Another option is to go with a provider who's really providing for others mostly: for example if you get SpeakEasy DSL you're really getting Covad DSL only you authenticate with the SpeakEasy radius server. Some people have implied that Qwest is pretty raw and open, though I find it difficult to trust Qwest after all the *-*-double-hockey-sticks I've been through with them. ____________________ BYU Unix Users Group http://uug.byu.edu/ ___________________________________________________________________ List Info: http://uug.byu.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/uug-list
