What does DSL cost for these companies. My parents are moving to Orem 
and I'd like to set them up with simple inexpensive DSL, but I might 
experiment with hosting from it too. Who do you recomend?

If anyone provides that, I would guess XMission or Aros.net, Xmission
because I use them and that seems to be their policy, and Aros.net
because
I know the guy who did all the tech work when they got started, and
still
has quite a relationship with them, and that seems to reflect his
attitudes.
