If by barebones you are referring to the nice tiny boxes, I've got one.
It's a shuttle (http://us.shuttle.com),and I'm very pleased with it.
They make a good, and pretty box. Motherboard is an nvidia, built in
Geforce 4 MX, nforce 2 based chipset. So if you're using the 2.4 kernel
you'll have to deal with the proprietary drivers. 2.6 has a hacked up
module (forcedeath) for the chipset, but I haven't tried it yet.

As for the half-megawatt power supply, you won't fit one in this box..
