My laptop went in for repairs, got last friday, it's all back just as it as of this morning (minus a few odd and end packages). The only reason I was able to work a gentoo install so quickly was: 1. I already had a page of what to do to get it up. 2. I had saved the output of qpkg so I could vimmdiff. 3. planning, bootstraping soon enough to start system before bed :) Anyhow, it's late, I have an 8am class.
