qpkg is part of the gentoolkit emerge. Has a nice man page. Though
eventually it will be replaced by something better, that something
better still needs a lot of work.

qpkg does a lot of things that rpm and other programs do, execpt for
ebuilds. Its default functionality is to print a list of all ebuilds and
mark those that are installed. It can also do 'what provides' and things
like that.

A usefull tool.
