I think I kind of have a knack for programming. I may
not be the very best programmer, or write the best
code, but I understand how it works, and I can usually
get the job done fairly quickely. I had absolutely no
experience going in to CS 142 and found the lectures
to be helpful as well as the book, and I found CS 235
to be fairly easy as well, and CS 236 wasn't too bad,
either.

I think that my introduction to programming in 142 and
240 actually, are what have made me wish now (as a
senior in Computer Engineering, taking classes that
are WAY too hard for me, like Probabilty Theory) that
I'd chosen to be a CS major.
Not that I'm saying you're wrong or anything, I just
thought that it was intersting that our experiences
were different, be it because of teachers, TA's,
books, or previous experience.

Or rely on material from classes that Aren't
prerequisites. That's why my stupid Probability
Theory class is soo hard. As a Comp Eng Math 214 is
an elective that I never wanted to take, yet it is
assumed in this class that we have taken it,despite it
not being a prereq for the class.
I should have been a CS major. But then, the hardware
classes are pretty darn cool.
