What he means is: Just find a gzip binary and a tar binary that work,
then gunzip (oh yeah, you have to copy gzip.exe to gunzip.exe to use
it... or maybe look at the man-page and figure out what option does
that for you)... then untar, then... ugh meta-shift-whody-howdy-wickus
BALETED!

On a serious note I don't much like installers myself.  But average
joe needs them.
