Sure, many others may have contributed their thoughts on the GPL,
etc., etc., but this isn't about intellectual ownership, it's about contract
law. And this, my friends, is Chewbacca. Now, Chewbacca lives on Endor. That does not make sense. But if Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must vote for
SCO++. In conclusion, until it can be ascertained whether SCO++ really does
rightfully own the intellectual rights to the UUG, you might consider having

2. Chewbacca does not live on Endor. Chewbacca is a Wookie. Wookies are not endemic to Endor. Aboriginal Ewoks are the native species on Endor and tend to have a third the mass of a full grown wookie, such as Chewbacca.
3. Ymac uses an unfettered OSS BSD kernel. We would be better lead by such a group than the scheming SDarl++ McPRoberts and his per processor fees or some M$ group, with the possible exception of http://utwaa.org/ .
