Comcast does send unencrypted HD down the line. I've got a PCHD3000 card
and have picked up some channels. I haven't gotten it to work in Myth
yet, but I haven't spent a lot of time on it either.

Yeah, but even skipping commercials breaks up the flow of the movie,
plus they 
cut so much out of the original films to *fit* all the commercials.
You're 
also looking at an NTSC capture, unless you have HD service and a tuner
(does 
basic Comcast include any HD?)
