No joke. The tagline for the 13 inch Macbook is "Introducing the
superfast, blogging, podcasting, do-everything-out-of-the-box
Macbook". The screenshots that rotate are of:

* iChat
* iPhoto
* Aperture
* Garage band
* (Maybe more, got tired of waiting...)

All great programs, and maybe even major factors in a purchace, but
nothing that says "I can do real work".

True, but how often does a computer or other electronic device that
says, "I can do real work" create as much of a wave in our digitally
frenzied society as one that say, "I am soooo cool"?
This is one of the main reasons I bought my 15" HP widescreen
originally, and why only now that the 13" MacBook has 1280x800 (the
same as my HP) I'm drooling all over them and can't wait to finagle a
way to get one.
