A tutorial on UUG would be nice, but I think it would be preferable to
have OIT put one up on their website. They could even put a disclaimer
stating they do not support Linux. I emailed OIT the instructions which
I had posted to the UUG list and got a response from Scott Hunt, their
"Product Line Manager", stating the following:
"Thank you for the Linux/Unix print installation information. I will
pass this along to our developers as we look at ways of improving our
Open Access Printing product. I appreciate your suggestion and will look
at incorporating Linux/Unix printing into our product in the future."

I think if they get a few more requests from people, whether through IT
Tracker or email, they might see there is demand and may actually do
something. One thing everyone should include in a request is something
like the following: "Please forward this to the product manager."
