I've been using virtualbox and it is really pretty slick.  Easy GUI VM
creation front-end, lots of options, etc.  The only big (annoying)
limitation that I found with Virtualbox is that the network bridging for
external access to a VM is a *PITA*.  KVM and Xen do the bridging for
you, but I guess you win some and lose some..
