How has linux-ha worked for you? What services are you providing with it? How do you manually move an app from one server to another?
We are considering a move from HP's MC Serviceguard to Linux-HA for an NFS cluster (or maybe linuxha.net, redhat's cman, etc). One of the requirements is the cluster manager must have commands for manually starting and stopping a package/app on one node and manually starting/restarting the package/app on another node. So far it appears linux-ha doesn't have specific commands to do so, instead relying on if the server has the virtual ip for the application, is that right?
