I got mine at Wal-mart and Wii Fit at Blockbuster - everywhere else was sold
out. Definitely get 4 controllers so you can play with lots of people. I
recommend Wii Fit, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Super Mario
Galaxy.

Also checkout Johnny Lee's sweet projects with the wiimote -
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~johnny/projects/wii/ - I setup head tracking and it
was a lot of fun to play around with. As a side note, EA was going to
include this in Boom Blox but then decided to pull it out for whatever
reason.
