Umm... scp and rsync are pretty good...

If you want something more convenient than that, you could try mounting your
share using sshfs, from which point you could use any sort of file manager
to copy files.

If that isn't feasible, due to having to work with Windows, you could try
setting up ftp, and then use something like filezilla for your interface.

Maybe I'm unimaginative, but I can't think of any case where I would want to
use a web interface over any of these options.
