That forum thread is very sparse.  They only talk about how to install
the dansguardian package.  You'll have to look through the dansguardian
documentation for information on configuration.  You'll also have to
install tinyproxy or squid, and you might run into problems with disk
and memory requirements from dansguardian.  I have some doubts that
dansguardian will work very well on a little router.
