I've found that MediaTemple works pretty well. Their VPS solutions are somewhat pricey, but they're reliable and flexible. The only problem is the storage limit, and I'm not sure you want to be paying VPS prices for that much storage space. You may want to check out WebDAV or some other online storage service in addition to the server.
