Possibly. However, if he was riding the bike and this happened the damage is
done and the motor will not turn not turn anyway. I am not suggesting that he
roll down a hill and jump on it, only to give it a easy push with the plugs
out. You will know immediately if the motor is locked, and of course if this
is done with a little too much excitement you could add damage to a bad
situation.
