When you say POW do you mean backfire ? If so it sounds like you have broken
a timing chain or it has slipped.DONT FORCE the engine to turn over.Pull the
plugs and use the starter.If it still doesn't turn over you need to pull the
valve covers and investigate further.My 2 cents.Bob H
