Yesterday I had a run in w/ a friend who rides a 00 zx9r. We didn't have the
quarter marked out (my mistake) so it was just run until he caught up. Off
the line it was all vmax, in fact all through 3 rd gear! he was able to pull
ahead on the 3>4 shift then slowly squeak ahead. Flat out in 4th he had
about 5 bike lengths. Moral, choose you distances wisely, but don't count
the 15 year old tech. out yet !,,,,,,Ross L(this is tech? bone stock BTW)
