erk, I'm wrong... the line I added is wrong, but weirdly if I correct it,

still fails. investigating further :(
weirdly, using set_dont_optimize_reason() from the parser seems to fix the
stress-opt issue without breaking anything else.
If there are any pointers as to why crankshaft complains if I try to add
additional instructions in SetUpScope(), it might be possible to enable some
optimizations and make it slightly less bad
