This is marked as shipped on Chrome Status
(https://www.chromestatus.com/features/5937087912083456), but attempting to
use it in the console on Version 47.0.2504.0 canary (64-bit) results in:
(...test) => test
VM101:2 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ...(…)
Is this still unshipped, and if so, does Chrome Status need to be updated?
