They were shipped temporarily, and then unshipped due to a bug in spread
calls (iirc), and haven't been reshipped due to a bug with arrow functions.
Unfortunately, fixing that bug resulted in some performance regression. I
have a patch which roughly doubles/triples the perf, but it's awaiting
review. Even that one isn't quite spec-correct, but shouldn't be observable
for proper uses. So there may be time to land the perf fix, stage them, and
maybe even ship them for m48. I'm sorry it's taken so long :(
