The last V8 roll got reverted due to failures in
inspector/debugger/pause-in-internal-script.html,inspector/debugger/debugger-pause-in-internal.html
I bisected this to r13699 [Debugger: ScopeMirror has N^2 algorithm when
building closure mirrors.]
