I think this is a good first step in the right direction. Currently we base
these limits on static ifdefs. Checking for available memory is already an
improvement over the current approach. In an ideal world we would
dynamically
check at runtime the system utilization and adjust the memory limits.
Can we adjust the title and the description of the CL?
