We can't debug other people's code, so if you want somebody to look at a
problem, please provide a small, self-contained repro that others can
easily build and run. Otherwise there is nothing we can do about it,
therefore I'll close the bug. More often than not the real problem is on
the embedder side, getting the threading/locking/initialization/... wrong,
so we can't guess from code code fragments.
We can re-open this issue when there is a repro.
