Use Rollite AP-300, a nine inch, cotton, and/or wool pad, and do it,
then, do it again, and again, and again.  On the second coat, they will
start to look like mirrors.   I guess you don't have to worry about the
"cladding".  The only hard part, is going around the valve, and the
welds, but then ,  they won't be "Perfect",   so don't try to make them
that way.   You can stop polishing when you can comb your hair in the
reflection,..........if you have hair.    Best to disconnect them, and
it is best if they are close to empty.
