Qt is C++ . i dont see the way to call c++ code from C.. this is one of
many reasons
why c++ sucks.

Not Etk (which is deprecated anyways), but pretty much the rest of EFL,
especially Elementary. See git.freesmartphone.org -> libeflvala.
