That doesn't mean it's nice to recursively wget content from a web
server, especially if you're not passing a reasonable --wait flag to
wget and limiting the operation to the packages you're actually
interested in.

It's not really something which warrants a tutorial.  I'd barely call it
instructions:

        Extract the contents of the tarball in a directory where devhelp
        books are stored (in my case, /usr/share/devhelp/books
        or /usr/share/gtk-doc/html).
