It STOPS moving the end point but leaves the thread and the range in place... was wondering if ONLY at this point the positions could be sent across the server and to the log file, as well as at this point send the TO FROM and RANGE message? If this is possible, then the check is only sent ONCE! (on mouse up) this does NOT prevent possible cheating by checking range on multiple units or whatever, BUT it does give a VERY nice and intuitive manner for marking shooter and target. Just a thought. hope this is clear.
