I don think this is possible now. It matches nicely with my most recent 
feature request.. but brings up another, easy to implement feature request...
STARTUP GLOBAL COMMANDS

define some startup global commands that when the game is first started, 
automatically fire. This tied with my replace from top of deck type feature 
request would give you what you want... (with the addition of indicating the 
number of items to be brought from the deck) then you would simply create 3 
dummy objects that would have a REPLACE FROM DECK trait, specify the deck 
that they are to come from, and the number to go there, and a key to do the 
substitution. Then you could have a STARTUP GLOBAL COMMAND that when you 
start your game fires and automatically replaces the 3 dummies with the 
appropriate number of items from the deck.
