I think you should be able to do this but I would have to test it to be sure
After you shuffle your master deck, drag a window around all 75 cards and move them all at once to 1 location (remaining face down) that is not a deck location. Using a Global key command/button tied to that location and a trigger looped 20 times have a return to deck command in each card to send to deck "A" Another GKC with trigger looped 25 times continues the next set to deck "B" and a third GKC and trigger loop for the final deck "C". All of the cards will need 3 return to deck traits because you wont know where they are in the stack obviously after being shuffled - a proto will suffice here.
